Job Description:

Individuals in this role will be tasked with training business stakeholders like painters, contractors, architects, dealers, shop boys and company employees etc. The key task is to conduct training in paints, waterproofing, wood coatings and their application; surface assessment and preparation; usage of painting tools and mechanized tools etc. IMPORTANT: The job requires travel for upto 15-days in a month.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and conducting training as per monthly plan
  • Travel to different locations to train participants
  • Attending complaints at customer site
  • Prepare product panels
  • Mobilise trainees
  • Handle new assignments as needed

Requirements:

  • Post graduate/Graduate in Chemistry (preferably)
  • Good knowledge on computer, word, excel, internet and email
  • 2years working experience
  • Excellent spoken language skills in local language and English/Hindi
  • Powerful and persuasive communicator
  • Experience in training and/or direct to consumer sales in building materials is an added advantage
  • Preference for candidates from Paint Companies / Painting services Companies/ Building materials: - Pidilite, Fosroc. Asian, Kansai, Indigo, Akzo, Cements, Pipes, Hardware
