Strong ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS)
Deep expertise in ITOM modules: Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
Hands-on experience with CMDB design and maintenance
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure
Knowledge of automation/orchestration frameworks
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) – strongly preferred
