Job Description:

We are looking for an ITIL Process Expert to support the implementation and harmonization of ITIL processes across multiple business entities within a large international organization. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to process design and optimization, with the ability to adapt best practices to real-world operational needs.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and optimize ITIL processes in a practical and business-oriented manner
Harmonize ITSM practices across 35 entities to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability
Configure and support ITIL workflows using the ManageEngine ITSM platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT processes and business objectives
Provide training, documentation, and change management support to ensure successful adoption
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements:

Proven experience in implementing ITIL processes in complex, multi-entity environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of ManageEngine ITSM or similar platforms
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is required
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
