Temporary customer service role for Italian and English speakers, handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced, supportive team environment in Worthing.

Job Responsibility:

Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in Italian and English
Providing empathetic, professional, and efficient support to resolve issues
Accurately logging customer interactions and feedback
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
Supporting an existing team member with full training provided

Requirements:

Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
