  • Support in the full content creation lifecycle for social media content: from ideation and concept development to production and publishing of videos, graphics and copy
  • Actively monitor social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, emerging channels) to identify viral trends, cultural moments and real-time opportunities for instant and reactive marketing
  • Supervision of comments / community management
  • Translate trends into on-brand, platform-native content, balancing speed, originality and brand consistency
  • Support the creative and strategic planning of social media content across all our markets (IT, ES, FR, UK, DACH), adapting tone, formats and storytelling to local cultures
  • Research, test and iterate on new content formats (short-form video, series, social-first storytelling, experiments) to continuously evolve our social presence
  • Collaborate with local teams and coordinators to source UGC, community-driven content and real stories from our travelers
  • Work closely with Creative Ops, Brand and Performance teams to ensure content is both creatively strong and performance-aware
  • Analyze content performance using qualitative and quantitative signals (engagement, retention, watch time, saves) to inform future creative decisions
