Job Description:

Our client in Thessaloniki, is looking for a fantastic Italian speaking Customer Care Specialist to join them on this journey on their new premises in Thessaloniki.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers by email or chat, in the Italian language
Provide world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner
Research and resolve issues reported by the client's end-users
Document all information on customer interaction system according to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

An excellent level of the Italian language
A very good level of the English language
PC literacy

Nice to have:

Empathy to customers as you determine a solution to their needs
High adaptability in dynamic working environments
Self-motivated with a client-centric mindset
