Operates, monitors and maintains advanced utility equipment (generators, plant chillers, steam boilers, fire protection systems, etc.) and provides oversight of building automation systems to maintain and improve system efficiencies
Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems
Reads and updates blueprints, Life Safety drawings and manuals for accurate task completion
Interfaces with vendors, contractors and construction vendors to ensure safe utility interfacing and tie-in
Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and ensuring required testing, calibrations and maintenance records are provided and maintained
