  • Balance security, compliance, and usability to ensure an optimal employee experience
  • Enable effective collaboration by integrating Microsoft 365 services with existing enterprise systems and workflows
  • Guide adoption and optimization of collaboration patterns (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to improve productivity and knowledge sharing

  • Manage service lifecycle, roadmaps, and feature adoption planning
  • Implement and maintain security controls and CIS-aligned best practices, including Conditional Access, identity protection, data loss prevention, and threat protection
  • Partner closely with Security teams to align workspace security with organizational policies
  • Monitor platform health, performance, security events, and DEX indicators
  • Produce actionable reporting and insights to guide decision-making and service improvements
  • Drive automation through PowerShell and Graph API to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Provide advanced support and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 teams
  • Develop and maintain clear, high-quality documentation, operational runbooks, and end-user guidance
  • Contribute to training, enablement, and change management efforts
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365, security, and digital workplace trends
  • Recommend and implement enhancements that improve resilience, usability, and employee productivity
