Working from our purpose-built IT Workshop, you'll take ownership of hardware across the business—supporting colleagues in Head Office, retail, and distribution to keep everything running at pace.

Job Responsibility

  • Owning hardware-related queries end-to-end through our ticketing system, ensuring clear updates and resolution
  • Building, repairing, and maintaining IT equipment to deliver consistent performance and uptime
  • Managing the full asset lifecycle—from receipt and deployment through to disposal
  • Supporting wider IT teams with the preparation and rollout of hardware for new implementations
  • Keeping documentation up to date so knowledge is shared and standards stay high

Requirements

  • Clear passion for a career in IT and looking to grow with the business
  • Able to understand problem trends and escalate where necessary
  • Solution orientated mindset
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware
  • Hands-on experience with IT hardware repair and testing
  • Experience with Windows desktops and servers

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Cisco networking hardware
  • Experience in an IT support or configuration role
