Job Description:

The IT Website Specialist is responsible for optimizing My Amazon Guy’s website while supporting core IT functions across the organization. This position ensures website performance, security, data integrity, and system functionality to support marketing, operations, and overall business strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and technical, skilled in website management, SEO, data analytics, and IT troubleshooting. The Website Specialist works closely with the Marketing, Design, IT, and Executive teams to drive seamless digital experiences, ensure system reliability, and improve internal processes through automation and data-driven insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain, update, and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing initiatives
  • Oversee website design, functionality, and user experience across all devices
  • Ensure the website is responsive, fast, secure, and visually aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality, SEO-driven content
  • Conduct technical SEO audits (broken links, speed, usability, metadata, schema)
  • Assist the CTO and IT Department in maintaining dashboards, data pipelines, and system integrations
  • Support internal teams with IT troubleshooting, system access, and security measures
  • Maintain and optimize company systems including 1Password, Airtable, HubSpot, Jotform, Monday.com, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, and more
  • Assist in automation builds using tools like Zapier and API-related workflows
  • Enhance data integrity by identifying broken processes, system dependencies, and data discrepancies
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives (firewalls, antivirus, 2FA, access controls)
  • Maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and system updates
  • Build and maintain data models, charts, and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Analyze key data points and develop insights for cross-team process improvements
  • Coordinate website and system-related projects including feature rollouts, redesigns, and integrations
  • Support marketing and operational teams by ensuring accurate reporting structures and data flows

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Website Specialist, IT Specialist, Web Developer, or similar hybrid role
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
  • Proficiency in SEO and familiarity with SEO tools
  • Experience in IT troubleshooting, system administration, or data operations
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage cross-team projects
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, and dashboard/report creation
  • Experience with tools such as Jotform, Airtable, Zapier, HubSpot, and Asana
