Job Description

Our client in the Cleveland, Ohio area is looking for an IT Vendor Management Specialist. This position will work onsite. We are looking for someone that has experience with negotiating with vendors – negotiating terms and conditions and dealing with complex situations for a large organization. They have over 150 vendors – there will be a lot of vendor negotiations, working with vendor owners within the company, working with the companies financial division, and financial vendors on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

  • Experience negotiating IT vendor contracts with values of a few million dollars

  • Building and managing vendor relationships
  • Must know the vendor management full lifecycle: Vendor scorecards, Licensing, Audits, Risk management, Sourcing and procurement, Interacting with vendor owners
