Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain all IT infrastructure at Brose India Locations as per company IT standards and as per statutory compliance requirement like IATF, Site IT Audit, ISO and EHS
  • IT Inventory and life cycle management
  • ITSM activities (Incident, Problem, Security Incident and Change management etc.)
  • Printing services
  • Telecom communication services which include LAN, WAN,W-LAN and SD-WAN etc.
  • Liaisons with various external support agencies for procurement and support/maintenance activities
  • Maintain Local Datacenter infrastructure (Room, Air conditioning, Network components, Server and Storage etc.
  • Various MIS reports including KPI related various SLA
  • Local Data backup/restore with vaulting, Tape Library Management
  • Various access control systems such as Biometric devices, KABA Access control etc.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Server and client OS administration (2K22,2K25, WIN10 and WIN 11
  • CCNA and Network Administration
  • Knowledge of Shopfloor IPC and PLC Systems
  • Good knowledge of Network Technology (Cisco - LAN/WAN, etc.) VLAN Creation and configuration, VPN Infra and SD-WAN Infra
  • Good knowledge of storage subsystems (SAN switches, Storage server, backup, etc.)
  • VMWare administration
  • Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Team
  • ITIL V4 or V5
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and CAD- Systems
  • IT Datacenter Setup and Operation
