As an IT Transformation Manager at Allianz Partners, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of IT transformation initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in driving technological advancements, optimizing processes, and ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement IT transformation strategies that align with Allianz Partners’ business goals
Lead and manage IT transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technological innovation and process improvement
Analyse current IT systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve IT service delivery and business continuity
Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations
Requirements:
Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies
Ability to apply agile practices in IT transformation initiatives
Proven track record of leading successful IT transformation projects
Experience in managing change effectively within an organization
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Process and project management training or certification desirable
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT transformation
