IT Transformation Manager

• Develop and implement IT transformation strategies that align with Allianz Partners’ business goals
• Lead and manage IT transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technological innovation and process improvement
• Analyse current IT systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve IT service delivery and business continuity
• Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations

• Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies
• Ability to apply agile practices in IT transformation initiatives
• Proven track record of leading successful IT transformation projects
• Experience in managing change effectively within an organization
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Process and project management training or certification desirable
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT transformation
