Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and deliver role-based IT training programs in instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats
  • Lead the Microsoft Copilot and AI training strategy, including onboarding, advanced use cases, responsible AI usage, and ongoing user enablement
  • Create scenario-based Copilot training tailored to business functions such as executive leadership, operations, IT, finance, and HR
  • Partner with Information Security teams to ensure training content reinforces cybersecurity awareness, best practices, and compliance expectations
  • Assess organizational learning needs and build training solutions that support technology adoption and user productivity
  • Develop training materials such as guides, job aids, presentations, e-learning content, and knowledge resources
  • Manage and maintain content within the learning management system (LMS) or other training platforms
  • Track training participation, effectiveness, and learner feedback to continuously improve program outcomes
  • Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and change management teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience designing and delivering IT training programs for diverse user groups
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, AI productivity tools, and end-user enablement strategies
  • Experience developing function-specific, scenario-based training content
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices and the ability to translate them into practical training
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and experience partnering with Information Security teams on awareness initiatives
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
