The IT Training Enablement Lead is responsible for driving effective adoption of technology across the organization through high‑quality training, instructional design, and enablement strategy. This role partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to translate technical changes into clear, engaging, and scalable learning experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise, hands‑on training delivery, data‑driven enablement strategy, and experience leveraging AI‑based training tools.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience
Must have experience with at least 2 of the following – Cornerstone, Synthesia, 11labs, Pluralsight
Experience designing and delivering IT or technology‑focused training
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Experience delivering live, virtual, and digital training programs
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences
Experience using or rapidly adopting AI‑enabled training or content creation tools
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with training usage and adoption data
Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnering skills
