Credit Agricole has a Global IT department (GIT) that brings together all the IT departments in charge of developing and running CACIB and Crédit Agricole S.A.’s IT system and technological infrastructure. At the forefront of technological innovation, GIT teams accompany on functional and technical level the day-to-day activities and developments projects of the various business units of the corporate and investments bank in an international context. As an IT Trainee, you will join our team and provide daily support in our capital market system and IT infrastructure. Also, you will play a crucial role in assisting with project coordination and providing first-level support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of capital markets while working closely with experience IT professionals. The ideal candidate should complete the graduation requirement by June 2026 and is available to start the position from July 2026 onwards. Trainee program is one year to begin with and possible for extension up to 2 years in total, subject to performance and business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Assistant in the daily support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine system checks, and monitoring system performance
Analysing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement
Collaborate with the IT team to coordinate and execute IT projects related to the capital market system, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to capital markets systems and make recommendation
Assistance in the daily support of various Capital Market systems
Requirements:
University graduate majoring in computer science or related subject with less than 12 months' full-time experiences
Responsible, self-driven and good team player
Problem solving skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Some may require experience with database management systems
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Up-to-date knowledge of technologies
For programming, knowledge of one or more programming languages relevant to the role
Good communication in English both verbal and written
