Job Description:

IT Technician role in a secondary school environment providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining technological infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations of hardware and software systems.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver technical assistance to staff and students
Repair and maintain laptops, tablets, and devices
Install and configure software including Microsoft Windows and Office 365
Set up and manage network printers
Troubleshoot network issues
Implement security measures against viruses
Oversee data backup and recovery processes
Manage user accounts and permissions

Requirements:

Experience in education sector
