IT Technician

Supporting Information Technology across the Group

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows, hardware and peripherals
• Proven problem solving skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Previous experience in an IT technical support role
• Ability to demonstrate appropriate skills and knowledge
