We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the post of ICT Technician. The successful candidate must have a keen interest in providing first and second line ICT helpdesk support, assisting with hardware/software problems and technical support functions for Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks.

Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 IT qualification (or equivalent) or working towards
GCSE grades A-C in English and Math
A proactive approach to providing a high degree of customer service for all support queries in a positive manner whilst adhering to all service management principles/Service Level Agreements
Recent experience of working within an IT and customer service environment
