Job Responsibility:

Conceptualization and support for the introduction of hosted services and customized special solutions (software)
Creation of specifications and service descriptions based on customer requirements
Setup, testing and documentation of custom solutions
Conducting internal and external training for special developments and hosted services
Coordination of customer training in the project and solutions department
Support for integration partners regarding interface implementation
Technical support for software development in the implementation of custom solutions
Internal and external contact person for special solutions and hosted services

Requirements:

Professional experience in an IT-related field (e.g., IT product management, computer science, etc.)
Practical experience in creating specifications and requirements analyses
Goal-oriented, independent and structured work style
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
