Our client, Croydex, is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative bathroom accessories, supplying major trade and retail partners in the UK and internationally. They are now seeking an experienced IT Technician to support and strengthen their internal IT operations.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver proactive and reactive 1st and 2nd line technical support
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues across the business
Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and recommend improvement
Support and maintain Windows Server environments and core network infrastructure
Provision and manage PCs, laptops, mobile devices, servers, switches and VoIP system
Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrolment, compliance, patching and policy management
Maintain endpoint security, patch management and compliance standards
Monitor system performance, alerts and logs to identify issues early
Maintain accurate asset registers and licensing documentation
Support IT projects, upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives and disaster recovery processes
Escalate complex technical issues where appropriate
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in an IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments (Windows 11)
Experience administering Microsoft 365
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
Working knowledge of Active Directory (user provisioning, groups, basic GPOs)
Understanding of endpoint security, patch management and MFA
Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset
Confident communicator with users at all levels
