Our client is looking for an IT Technician. A leading organisation. This opportunity is with a well-established organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues effectively
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and networks
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Manage IT assets and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory
  • Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions to improve business processes
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the technology department to support ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirements
