IT Technician

• travel to client locations to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices
• diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking on various devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
• maintain detailed documentation of service visits, equipment inspections, and repairs performed
• collaborate with remote IT teams to address and resolve complex challenges
• monitor system performance to ensure compliance with security protocols and operational efficiency
• set up new workstations, apply necessary updates, and assist in office relocations or expansions
• manage inventory of tools and equipment required for on-site support
• perform routine maintenance and ensure all IT systems are functioning optimally

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support
• certifications such as A+ or Network+ are a plus
• strong knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems
• familiarity with basic networking concepts, including routers and switches
• proven troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
• ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
