Job Responsibility:
Assisting and providing first-level technical support to internal users (ERP, business applications, office automation, IT hardware)
Diagnose and resolve common problems relating to software, network and IT equipment
Make minor changes to ERP parameters (permissions management, report configuration, system parameter adjustments), validate and test updates or new functionalities
Working with internal teams and suppliers to ensure that ERP modules function properly
Helping to optimise processes by proposing technical improvements
Collaborating on BI, automation and artificial intelligence projects
Monitor technological development on best practice and new solutions tailored to the company's needs
Maintain an inventory of the IT infrastructure (identify devices, tracking system, etc.)
Train users on the main tools according to their needs (office 365, business central, etc.)
Any other related task
Requirements:
Diploma in computer science, systems administration, or a related field (DEC or equivalent experience)
2 to 5 years of experience in technical and/or ERP support
Experience in a small or medium-sized business (an asset)
Knowledge of IT technical support (Windows, Office 365, access management, hardware and software troubleshooting)
Experience with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP
Basic system and network administration skills (Active Directory, VPN, firewalls, access management)
Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI (an asset)
Ability to test and validate applications prior to deployment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teaching skills to support users
Proficiency in French, both spoken and written (primary working language)
Ability to communicate in English, as needed, to interact with certain platform managers, partners, or technology vendors who use English as their working language
Nice to have:
Experience in a small or medium-sized business
Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI
