Job Description:

Our company has an opening for a skilled and motivated IT Technician with experience in comprehensive technical support of computer systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, and be comfortable providing in-house customer service to their colleagues. We are seeking a committed, detail-oriented individual to join our technology support team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for company-owned computers, printers, and network devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the organization
  • Maintain and support Microsoft-based environments, including Windows OS, Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory
  • Assist in the administration and monitoring of network infrastructure and security protocols
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and support resolutions
  • Support, and possibly assist development of, employee training for company technology policies and IT security
  • Manage and secure digital files, ensuring organized storage, easy access, and compliance with company policies
  • In partnership with Marketing Coordinator, provide technical support for the company’s website

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products including Windows, Office 365, and Teams
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and Azure Network environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps development
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL Server
