Job Responsibility:
Providing 1st and 2nd-line support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently
Escalating to and working with senior members of the IT team to resolve more complex issues
Supporting a variety of software packages and operating systems
Basic understanding and troubleshooting of TCP/IP and general networking principles
Provide first class support services to users in-person, over the phone and through email
Conducting stock checks regularly to ensure an adequate supply of hardware is available at all office locations
Ability to rapidly learn about new systems
Visits to various offices
Requirements:
Experience of Office 365 administration
Good knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating system (10 - 11)
Basic knowledge of Windows Server Operating system (2016 and onwards)
