Job Responsibility:

  • Conceptualization and support for the introduction of hosted services and customized special solutions (software)
  • Creation of specifications and service descriptions based on customer requirements
  • Setup, testing and documentation of custom solutions
  • Conducting internal and external training for special developments and hosted services
  • Coordination of customer training in the project and solutions department
  • Support for integration partners regarding interface implementation
  • Technical support for software development in the implementation of custom solutions
  • Internal and external contact person for special solutions and hosted services.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in an IT-related field (e.g., IT product management, computer science, etc.)
  • Practical experience in creating specifications and requirements analyses.
  • Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
