  • Excellent general troubleshooting skills and experience as a customer-facing support engineer and/or analyst
  • Support experience with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot wired and wireless networks
  • Knowledge of network security hardware and software including firewalls and anti-virus systems
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong customer-focus and a logical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent prioritisation and planning skills
