Job Description:

You'll be part of our IT team, working with Refaat Bashir, our AMER IT Manger. The IT team is the backbone of Mirakl's day-to-day operations—equipping employees globally with the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work. This co-op is a central, high-visibility role that directly impacts every team across the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install and configure hardware including Mac, Linux, and Windows laptops and iPhones for employees
  • Create and manage tool access for new hires across Jumpcloud, Jira, Gmail, Wiki, and more
  • Manage Office 365 and Zoom video licenses
  • Repair and maintain equipment and handle after-sales returns with internal teams and external providers
  • Maintain the operational state of Zoom Rooms and video conferencing setups
  • Manage IT inventory and ensure accurate tracking of all assets
  • Provide daily hands-on support to employees across the office
  • Support network patching and switch/WiFi configuration
  • Participate in the administration of the Jumpcloud directory and definition of GPOs
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of AI tools used by employees across the company

Requirements:

  • Comfortable supporting both Mac and PC environments
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and Google Workspace (GSuite)
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in learning key technologies
  • Comfortable working within international, fast-paced teams
  • English: Professional proficiency required
  • Must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit
