You'll be part of our IT team, working with Refaat Bashir, our AMER IT Manger. The IT team is the backbone of Mirakl's day-to-day operations—equipping employees globally with the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work. This co-op is a central, high-visibility role that directly impacts every team across the company.
Job Responsibility:
Install and configure hardware including Mac, Linux, and Windows laptops and iPhones for employees
Create and manage tool access for new hires across Jumpcloud, Jira, Gmail, Wiki, and more
Manage Office 365 and Zoom video licenses
Repair and maintain equipment and handle after-sales returns with internal teams and external providers
Maintain the operational state of Zoom Rooms and video conferencing setups
Manage IT inventory and ensure accurate tracking of all assets
Provide daily hands-on support to employees across the office
Support network patching and switch/WiFi configuration
Participate in the administration of the Jumpcloud directory and definition of GPOs
Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of AI tools used by employees across the company
Requirements:
Comfortable supporting both Mac and PC environments
Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and Google Workspace (GSuite)
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented with an interest in learning key technologies
Comfortable working within international, fast-paced teams
English: Professional proficiency required
Must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit
