IT Technician - Support and Maintenance

• IT asset management
• Configure, network, back-up and debug production machines
• Configure, install and debug printers
• Configure employee computers (initial configuration, administrator rights, etc.)
• IT support level 1 & 2
• Debug various problems (production machines, printers, networks, etc.)
• Communicate directly with users to assist them with their various IT problems
• Manage and track employee computer requests
• Carry out minor repairs on computers (change of memory, battery, keyboard, etc.)
• Install software (employee workstations and servers)
• Collaborate with the programming team to solve problems and develop functionalities
• Participate in the implementation of 'ABC IT' requests (in-house corporation, global management)
• Write processes and procedures for configuration/installation of software/machines
• Consult and search for information and procedures in knowledge databases

• Possess a DEP, AEC, DEC or equivalent diploma in the field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Asset: experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills (oral and written) in French and English
