Job Description

We are looking for a talented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and user satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (both onsite and remote)
  • Set up and configure workstations, operating systems, and applications according to company standards
  • Maintain and monitor computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups through Active Directory and related systems
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for hardware or software maintenance when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, assets, and support procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity practices, including software updates and data backups
  • Support IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployment of new tools or systems
  • Provide basic training or guidance to employees on using company software and tools effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, and general IT systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, network configurations, and VPN troubleshooting
  • Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English (technical terms and documentation) is a MUST

Nice to have

Familiarity with IT asset management, security protocols, and helpdesk systems is a plus
