Job Description:

We are seeking an individual who will take accountability for the safe, predictable, and well-governed execution of complex IT deployments across multi-system and multi-team environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that significant IT changes are planned and delivered with minimal customer or service impact, aligned to established change, release, and deployment governance frameworks. The role suits someone who thrives in high‑stake environments, brings structure to complexity, and enables collaboration across diverse technical and operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Own and coordinate end-to-end technical deployment activities for significant IT changes
  • Drive deployment planning, rehearsals, cutover, rollback, and hypercare activities
  • Ensure Change Request (CRQ) documentation, run books, and deployment plans are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Coordinate with application teams, infrastructure, operations, service introduction, and third-party suppliers
  • Manage Go / No Go decision points, proactively escalating risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead deployment bridges and war rooms during high-risk or business-critical changes
  • Ensure effective handover to Operations, including Early Life Support and contribution to Post Implementation Reviews (PIR)
  • Report deployment status, risks, and outcomes to IT and business stakeholders
  • Support continuous service improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to enhancements in deployment processes and tooling
What we offer:
  • Exposure to large-scale, business-critical IT deployments within a complex, global technology environment
  • Opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams across applications, infrastructure, operations, and external partners
  • The ability to influence deployment governance, improve processes, and shape service reliability outcomes
  • A role that builds strong professional credibility through ownership of high-impact delivery outcomes
