The role suits someone who thrives in high‑stake environments, brings structure to complexity, and enables collaboration across diverse technical and operational teams.

Requirements

  • Drive deployment planning, rehearsals, cutover, rollback, and hypercare activities
  • Ensure Change Request (CRQ) documentation, run books, and deployment plans are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Coordinate with application teams, infrastructure, operations, service introduction, and third-party suppliers
  • Manage Go / No Go decision points, proactively escalating risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead deployment bridges and war rooms during high-risk or business-critical changes
  • Ensure effective handover to Operations, including Early Life Support and contribution to Post Implementation Reviews (PIR)
  • Report deployment status, risks, and outcomes to IT and business stakeholders
  • Support continuous service improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to enhancements in deployment processes and tooling

What we offer

  • Exposure to large-scale, business-critical IT deployments within a complex, global technology environment
  • Opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams across applications, infrastructure, operations, and external partners
  • The ability to influence deployment governance, improve processes, and shape service reliability outcomes
  • A role that builds strong professional credibility through ownership of high-impact delivery outcomes
