Job Responsibility

  • Be the go to tech partner for several applications and collaborate with external software providers
  • Coordinate OS patching for Windows, Linux, and databases — keeping our systems secure and up to date
  • Lead application updates to new supported OS versions
  • Manage certificates and ensure smooth upgrades
  • Request firewall openings and work closely with IT security
  • Handle security incidents related to your applications
  • Own CMDB data for your applications in our ITSM environment
  • Keep documentation sharp and always up to date
  • Join cross functional IT projects — from demand management tools to disaster recovery planning

Requirements

  • High school or University degree with a focus on IT who is eager to learn new things
