We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with strong expertise in IT Service Management and Endpoint Management. You will support customers in optimizing their service delivery processes, improving endpoint security, and implementing modern UEM and ITSM solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor for customers. You will deliver product demonstrations, guide clients through proof-of-concepts, and help organizations strengthen and streamline their IT operations.
Job Responsibility:
Engage customers to understand their IT service workflows and endpoint management requirements
Deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept configurations
Translate customer needs into effective ITSM, UEM, and endpoint security solution designs
Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses and technical clarifications
Participate in implementations, onboarding, and adoption of IT service management and endpoint management tools
Provide technical feedback to product teams to improve features and customer experience
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, user groups, and conferences
Stay up to date with new product developments, ITIL frameworks, and market trends
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: ServiceNow, Intune, Ivanti, VMware AirWatch, Jamf Pro, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, TopDesk, or JIRA
Understanding of endpoint security, EDR/EPP, MDM, patching, and device lifecycle management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and confident in presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Professional proficiency in English and Dutch
Ability to guide customers through technical decision-making and solution design
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in IT Service Management, Endpoint Management, or Service Delivery
Understanding of ITIL v3/v4, ISO 20000, and Agile methodologies
Experience with ITSM or UEM implementations (ServiceNow, Intune, Ivanti, AirWatch, Jamf, TopDesk, or similar)
