Job Description:

As our IT Technical Analyst, you will be a crucial technical expert, bridging business needs with IT solutions to ensure system efficiency and reliability.Every day, you will analyze requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support for IT infrastructure and applications. You'll assist with implementations, configurations, testing, and documentation, collaborating to optimize performance and user experience.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT systems, and excellent communication, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering or leading the design, development, support, maintenance deployment of functional applications as well as information support processes
  • Taking on-call on a regular basis
  • Leading resolution of highly complex issues or requests that need a technical expert for specific solution sets
  • Performing diagnosis, troubleshooting and critical thinking to solve or fulfill needs of medium and high complexity
  • Following appropriate change control process at all times
  • Completing tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes, and effectively communicating across teams and all levels of management
  • Leading technical analysis discussions, delivering supporting artifacts and assisting with conducting review sessions for all necessary approvals

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Other or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment
  • 10+ years’ experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst role
  • Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies
  • 6 or more years’ experience with application support in a hospital or medical related industry
