Requirements:
At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer, using Java/Gosu
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Architect
A fluency in Spanish (C1/C2 level) and good command of the English language (at least B2/C1 level) is a must
Solid hands-on experience with systems integration or in the insurance domain
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and effectively facilitate workshops
Experience in estimating effort on various levels and identifying potential risks
Any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience
Readiness to travel regularly in Spain (we work partially from the client side)
Ability to work in the European Union
