Job Description

At Algoteque, we focus on building long-term engineering teams that support real, production-level systems. We are currently expanding our Czech entity and looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle and take ownership of hiring outcomes. The role goes beyond CV delivery - it requires understanding client needs, identifying the right talent, and driving the process through to successful hires.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles, ensuring high-quality delivery across the full hiring lifecycle
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand real hiring needs beyond job descriptions
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening, assessing technical background, motivation, expectations, and potential risks
  • Present candidates in a structured and business-relevant way
  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the process to ensure high conversion and successful closures
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to proactively identify talent
  • Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Ability to assess candidate fit beyond skills, including motivation and long-term alignment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken)
