Carex is partnering with a Financial Services industry partner to identify an IT Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant who will provide senior-level technical recruiting support across a broad range of IT functions, including software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure, architecture, product, and artificial intelligence. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing full-cycle recruiting strategies, building strong talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles, and partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to drive hiring success.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer support
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high-quality technical talent
  • Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and alignment with organizational needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and implement structured interview processes, including creation of interview guides, rubrics, and feedback mechanisms
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring leaders and HR partners on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and candidate experience
  • Ensure all hiring practices align with business priorities, compliance standards, and internal policies
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to inform continuous improvement and hiring effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple IT disciplines
  • Strong ability to assess technical talent across areas such as software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and related fields
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence and drive hiring decisions
  • Skilled at building sourcing pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong knowledge of structured interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation frameworks
  • Familiarity with employment laws, compliance standards, and recruiting best practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
