Job Description

Join a growing software business as an IT Support Technician, where you'll receive hands-on training and be part of a friendly, collaborative team. You'll provide technical support to clients across the UK, resolving software, hardware, and network issues.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide remote and on-site support for bespoke business management and eCommerce software
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs and servers
  • Manage SQL databases and client/server/network security
  • Configure LAN, WAN, and VOIP systems
  • Deliver training and support to customers as needed

Requirements

  • Some experience or education in IT (qualification or previous role preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments, networking, and SQL
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Full driving licence and access to a car (occasional travel required to clients with implementation team, expenses covered)
