Job Description

As the IT Systems Senior Administrator for Microsoft 365 within the Cloud Operations team, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of M365 services across the organization. Your responsibilities will span tenant-level implementation, administration of both cloud and hybrid environments, and ensuring compliance and user enablement in close collaboration with our Global Security team. You’ll act as a third-line support expert for all M365 workloads, working alongside teams focused on infrastructure, identity, security, and applications.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full lifecycle of M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Implement compliance controls (Microsoft Purview) and ensure adherence to internal governance standards
  • Design and maintain security, backup, and monitoring solutions for M365
  • Configure and manage Entra ID features (Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance)
  • Collaborate with the Security team to strengthen cloud infrastructure and improve risk management
  • Monitor performance and health metrics across M365 platforms
  • Provide advanced (L2–L3) support and resolve escalated incidents
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational workflows and automation (e.g., PowerShell, IaC)
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and modernization projects

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 environments
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
  • Strong skills in PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview
  • Experience working in hybrid setups and executing cloud migration plans
  • Proactive and self-driven approach – with the ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Very good command of English
