Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a similar technical support role
  • Strong grasp of Windows OS, enterprise environments (Windows/Mac/Linux), and networking fundamentals
  • Understanding of firewalls, network segmentation, and system hardening
  • Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Able to take initiative while keeping stakeholders informed

Nice to have

  • Experience scripting in PowerShell or using Power BI for workflow automation and reporting
