Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to keep our digital environment running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our IT ecosystem — from endpoints to cloud infrastructure — ensuring users stay productive and systems remain resilient.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a similar technical support role
Strong grasp of Windows OS, enterprise environments (Windows/Mac/Linux), and networking fundamentals
Understanding of firewalls, network segmentation, and system hardening
Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Able to take initiative while keeping stakeholders informed

Nice to have:

Experience scripting in PowerShell or using Power BI for workflow automation and reporting
Familiarity with device compliance, conditional access, and zero-trust frameworks
Understanding of ISO, SOC 2, and other regulatory or audit requirements
Knowledge of endpoint protection, behavioral analytics, or application control systems
