Approximately 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or an HR support role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
Understanding of Indian statutory employment and benefit requirements

Job Responsibility

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, changes to employment, and documentation

Serve as the first point of contact for local HR related queries from employees and managers, providing accurate and timely information or directing to appropriate contacts
Support the resolution of general policy or process-related queries
Provide support and coaching to leaders on employee performance management and disciplinary matters
Support local employee engagement, CSR initiatives (eg. Social events, focus groups etc)
Proactively engage with leaders and employees to gain insights and feedback to support improvements to employee engagement, and other people initiatives
Be an active contributor within the HR global community and support or lead on Global HR projects
