We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to oversee and optimize our server infrastructure, storage solutions, and end-user environment. Job Responsibility:
Monitor and analyze server performance metrics, including memory, disk space, and network activity, while addressing alerts promptly
Automate operating system updates, security patches, and software installations to enhance system efficiency
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper security and functionality
Diagnose and resolve issues related to servers, applications, and connectivity to minimize downtime
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other end-user devices
Perform regular backups, verify their integrity, and test disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data
Review security logs and respond to potential threats in alignment with organizational protocols
Configure and optimize server settings to align with evolving business requirements
Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and incidents to support operational continuity
Communicate system status, incidents, and performance metrics effectively to the IT Director
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support
Proficiency in troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service in IT environments
Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other business-critical applications
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, incident management, and hardware maintenance
Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Windows 10
Knowledge of Dell and Citrix technologies
Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
