Job Description

Join the IT team to work cross functionally with Security, Finance, Marketing/Events, and People team, as well as stakeholders across the company to ensure we are providing all employees with an exceptional experience from onboarding to offboarding, enabling them with the appropriate hardware and software to effectively do their job.

Job Responsibility

  • Engage stakeholders throughout the company to understand the needs and priorities to securely implement and maintain corporate applications, while promoting IT best practices cross-functionally
  • Implement and maintain tools for IT operational efficiencies and automation, with a lens on innovative and modern technology (i.e. AI chatbots)
  • Ensure technological compliance with evolving security standards and policies, while future-proofing automations, computer systems, MDM, office network infrastructure, and remote collaboration tools
  • Streamline and optimize the configuration and workflows for access management with Workday data, Okta configuration, and downstream applications
  • Develop requirements, build, and thoroughly test workflows and automations in iPaaS tooling (i.e. Zapier) to automate manual processes for IT and business stakeholders
  • Create, maintain, and promote standards, procedures, and documentation for IT
  • Champion IT company wide by ensuring quality internal customer service for our global company through service desk tickets and access administration
  • Travel to our offices and events on a periodic basis to provide onsite AV, networking, and conferencing support
  • Partner closely with leadership to build and report on team OKRs and roadmaps
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships and third party services as needed
  • Onsite Event Support: Design, deploy, and operate Dante-based digital audio networks, ensuring optimal configuration, routing, and redundancy
  • Lead setup, operation, and strike of A/V systems for general sessions, breakout rooms, and exhibit halls
  • Diagnose and resolve Dante, signal flow, or device configuration issues in real time
  • Partner with clients, producers, and exhibitors to deliver exceptional technical results

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an IT professional in a high growth and/or tech company
  • 2+ years of experience with onsite events A/V support and coordination
  • A proven track record of deploying and maintaining cloud-based corporate applications and automations for access management, security, and collaboration
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
  • Experience leading large-scale IT projects with strategic planning and detailed documentation
  • Solid understanding of onboarding & offboarding business processes
  • Proven success in scaling IT processes with automation and emerging technology for high-growth environments
  • Experience in managing collaboration tools for remote & distributed teams (Google Workspace, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Alassian Jira, internal AI chatbots, etc.)
  • Hands-on background developing workflow automations in lightweight iPaaS tools
  • Robust understanding of core IT systems & operations processes: hardware inventory management, internal service desks, MDM, IAM, A/V & video conferencing, and Wi-Fi & VPN
  • Strong knowledge of MDM best practices and hands-on experience with Apple Macbooks, Kandji, Snipe, Microsoft Windows, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and/or equivalents
  • Solid understanding of security and privacy principles with experience in Verkada, Nightfall, and Proofpoint preferred
  • Familiarity with computer networking, especially cloud-based SD-WAN and SDN (Cisco Meraki)
  • Live Event A/V Experience with Dante-based digital audio networks, managing wireless microphone and IEM systems (Shure, Sennheiser, Lectrosonics), audio consoles (e.g., Yamaha CL/QL, Allen & Heath, Midas) and DSPs (e.g., Q-SYS, Biamp, BSS), and experience managing A/V for a live event
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Hands-on approach with excellent communication and a passion for providing direct support
