Job Description:

As a IT Systems - User Support, you will provide technical support to end users in the office and factory and will ensure timely resolution of technical issues escalated from the service desk where local engagement is required. You will also provide support for the efficient running of the factory productions systems and liaise with 3rd party contractors to help maintain production which may mean occasionally working outside of normal working hours and where this happens Mowi will accommodate flexibility in your work pattern so that you are unduly affected. You will be part of not only a local IT team but also a regional one covering Western Europe and you will be expected to collaborate with all of your colleagues across the region to provide extended support across regions and to implement process improvements and enhance service delivery. There will be an expectation to take on additional responsibilities in line with business requirements so you must have a flexible attitude to what your role means and how it sits within the business and because we are part of a regional team there will be a requirement for occasional travel as required. You will report to the IT Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical support to end users in the office and factory

Requirements:

  • Service Now Experience. (ITIL)
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Intune
  • Microsoft O365 Knowledge (Including Teams, Outlook etc)
  • Basic network understanding and fault diagnosis
