Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the technical analysis, specification, implementation, maintenance and service improvement of site infrastructure, site security and production systems
  • Ensure the continuous assurance, support and optimization of systems, applications and processes in the site infrastructure / site security and production environment
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, supporting and documenting services and rollout scenarios for site infrastructure / site security and production based on current company standards
  • Implement system and process changes
  • Analyze, specify, and optimize processes to support the operation of products and services
  • Conduct user training and coaching as needed
  • Test and evaluate new hardware and software products within the site infrastructure environment
  • Promote the maintenance of user and asset management systems
  • Member of the regional support team
  • Setting up production infrastructure under pressure
  • Keeping up with ever-changing technology
  • Integrating various systems

Requirements

  • Graduated from college with a degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Technical knowledge in a broad range of sub-fields such as site infrastructure and communications systems
  • Working knowledge of the theory, analysis and application of computer systems, networks, mobile communications and emerging computing technologies
  • Working knowledge of site infrastructure/site security and production systems
  • General knowledge of MS applications
  • Familiar with SAP
  • Interested in the procurement and administrative processes to support the delivery of IT products and services
  • Self-driven, motivated, and inquisitive individual
  • Thorough knowledge of company and technical standards and guidelines
  • Enjoy working in a matrix organization
  • Like to collaborate and work in different functional teams on a local and regional level
  • Can work independently and on your own initiative
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
