As an IT System Administrator at Medius, you will be a key member of the Group IT team, responsible for the operation, security, and continuous improvement of Medius’ internal IT systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT Manager and other stakeholders to ensure high availability, strong security, and an excellent end‑user experience across a global, cloud‑first environment. The role spans system administration, endpoint and user support, security operations, and automation, with exposure to both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operations. This role also contributes to the Medius IT Service Desk, supporting internal users with requests and incidents ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune
Monitor, maintain, and improve Azure-based infrastructure and services
Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability across all supported platforms
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
Provide Tier 1-3 support to internal users across global offices
Manage device lifecycle: provisioning, configuration, software deployment, and decommissioning
Develop and maintain scripts and automations using PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar tools
Contribute to IT standards, best practices, and service improvements
Requirements:
Experience working as a System Administrator or similar role in a mid to large enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud and Modern Workplace technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and security principles
Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, security focused mindset
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Fluency in English both written and spoken is required. Applications must be submitted in English)
Ability and willingness to work evening shifts (approximately 4pm–midnight Tunisia time) to cover US West Coast hours
Nice to have:
Experience with identity governance, Conditional Access, or Zero Trust architectures
Familiarity with IT service management processes (ITIL aligned environments)
Experience working in a global, SaaS driven organization
Additional language skills (e.g., Swedish or French)
