Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder IT-Systemelektroniker, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Service Desk und Onsite Support
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration, Installation und Konfiguration von Windows-Betriebssystemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, Microsoft 365 und Intune
