Job Description:

Tech-savvy problem solver role supporting IT systems in dynamic environment. Maintaining and supporting IT systems including laptops, printers, network infrastructure, servers, and mobile devices. First point of contact for all support queries and assisting in small projects or larger initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Provide all levels of IT support across the organisation
Set up hardware and software for business use including PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devices
Manage Google Workspace and assist in introduction of new technologies
Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for colleagues
Maintain up-to-date help desk and document IT problem solutions in IT Knowledge Base
Maintain effective communication with staff
Develop and nurture professional working relationships across departments

Requirements:

Previous experience in an IT support role
Fast learner ready to dive into internal IT management
Quick adaptability and effective problem-solving skills under pressure
Creativity in thinking outside the box to tackle challenges
Ability to explain technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
