Job Description:

IT Support role in a famous global company with strong investment in technology and IT systems. The role requires business trips within Japan and offers a permanent position with benefits including health insurance, pension, and a 15% bonus.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT or IT-related discipline
Minimum 3 years of total IT experience, with at least 2 years of experience in end user support environment (Windows-Networking based) and at least 1 years of Service Desk support and/or Management
Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting Windows OS and applications and including Window server files share management and Active Directory management
Fluent Japanese and Business English is required
Domestic travel is required (around 10-20%)
